「Excellent hospitality. Smooth check-in. Timely and helpful replies from host. Fantastic for our family trip - close to everything in Regina Beach, toys and play area for kids, and they were able to accommodate a late check-out because of a gap day in booking. 」

「One hottub still out of service. No steps into the pool making it difficult for older individuals getting in and out. Room was clean, but maintenance poorly done. Holes in bathroom walls patched and painted over using mismatching paint, really noticeable. Breakfast was just ok.」

「There was no parking Thursday due to work trucks parked the wrong way taking multiple parking spots and no hot water in the morning. I forgot my dogs stainless steel water pail in the room and it was not there. Not impressed when I complained nothing was done.」

「As a disabled traveller I really appreciate the thought and care that went into designing the shower set up with the fully supported flip down shower seat and adjustable shower head. My only suggestion would be to add a shelf for personal shower items or relocate the shampoo, conditioner and body wash to allow someone sitting on the bench to better access them. 「I liked the extras they provided their guests namely, bathrobes, free cookies at the check-in desk, free breakfast and games at the lobby. I was also "guest of the day: and as such was given a drink and a snack and the privilege to check-out at noon!」

「This is an old, dated facility. Upon opening the room door we were hit with a musty odor that cleared after the window was open for awhile. The carpets are stained and, in some places, threadbare. The bathroom sink had some weird stains that had obviously been there a long time and it appeared that someone had cut themselves with what looked like droplets of blood down the wall by the mirror (entranceway) with more drops on the carpet.
