"We spent a very enjoyable week in picturesque Chiusdino. Loved the little town with shops and restaurants (our tip: il minestraio!) within walking distance and great views of the countryside. Went to Siena, Firenze and San Gimignano and walked to the abbey of San Galgano. The house is spacious with 2 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is equipped with plenty of towels. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are some options nearby. I would only recommend staying here if you have a car. Good option to stay here and make day trips to different Tuscan towns."

"The room has excellent views in a space that oozes character. The shared spaces and rooftop terrace were a very cool added bonus. We stayed in the blue suite and found it spacious and comfortable. The only slight issue was a faint odor coming from the second bedroom. We didn’t use that room and closing the door solved the problem for the rest of the suite, but it is worth noting. I know some people will complain that it is on the third floor and there is no lift, but frankly if this is an issue...

It was disappointing that the room was hot and stuffy even with air-conditioning on (temp 24.5 degrees). We opened the balcony doors which helped however let insects in.
