「Everything was just perfect. House has a lot of space, was clean and beach infront of house empty (enourmous plus as all other public beaches fully crowded) with translucide blue water. All over I coudn't find better stay with conditions we wanted (big house - 4 rooms, 4 toilettes, big terrasse with lot of seats in different places, direct access to the beach, no stairs to the beach). 「Tiziano et Claudia sont très gentils. Vous serez seuls dans la maison, un peu isolée avec quelques voisins, mais peu présents. Des choses sont à revoir : portail, porte d'entrée, cuisine, moustiquaires principalement ; mais globalement, vous passerez de bons moments dans la maison qui est facile à prendre en main. La terrasse et le jardin sont vraiment chouettes. La maison et le mobilier sont basiques et vieillots, vous aurez donc un confort moyen, mais suffisant pour quelques jours. La piscine...

「The view was awesome! Huge deck was great and Rita was really great with check in! Zio peppe pizza around the corner 5-10 min walk is a must! The place was a bit far from san Nicola so we rented a car but place had nice parking spot in complex!」

「L'appartement d'Ermanno est un duplex de grande taille, largement suffisant pour notre famille de 6 personnes (de 3 générations !). Le quartier n'est pas super mais Bari est placé idéalement pour découvrir toutes les Pouilles et Matera. Accueil sympathique du propriétaire qui s'est adapté à notre heure d'arrivée. Logement bien équipé mais matériel cuisine un peu juste.」
