「Very good 」

「Good hotel! Our room was new and clean. Friendly staff. The only minus is that there was not an elevator up to our room, was heavy to take bags down again. But such a good help checking in, the helpful man carried all bags up! Very nice! 」

「Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of different options to cater for most diets. We had a lovely stay. 」

「I've booked a ground leveled chalet and they told me that all were booked and they assigned me a fourth floor chalet a few days before my checking in. I booked this chalet with a Wi-Fi service and I figured out that there's no Wi-Fi and I had to use the roaming service which was very poor as it's provided by the local company and they charged me $15 a day for a very slow dial up kinda internet service. I've noticed a few roaches in this chalet as well. Communication wise, they are using pre-paid...
