「Beautiful property, friendly host, clean environment. Really loved listening to the river at night! Also, not scarily secluded but pretty private. Good mix between camping and not camping at the same time.」

「It's a cute little container home. Privacy seems to be something that was considered. Other than the ring camera flood light but that is just pointed at the gravel parking area. Some of the outdoor furniture could stand to be refinished but that just seems like normal wear.Overall, we had a great time.We are excited to try out the 2.0 to see what changed in the next iteration.」

「Staying at Shipyard 2.0 was a fantastic experience! The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, making it a truly welcoming space. Attention to detail was everywhere, with extra towels, supplies, etc. Landon was an excellent host, providing clear communication and helpful videos & tips about local restaurants and activities. 「While the location was beautiful the house was less than ideal. From broken glass in the yard to mold growing on ducttape on the ceiling, roaches in the kitchen, stained sheets and mattresses this place was not what we expected! We were going to try to make the space work and see it as a glass half full however when several of my kids were having coughing fits because of the mold we had to leave.」
