Un peu loin pour se rendre à la plage à pied surtout avec de jeunes enfants, mais à quelques minutes en voiture. Le voisinage est très proche mais les voisins sont très discrets, impasse au calme. Espace un peu restreint pour 5 personnes, conviendrait mieux pour 4. Hôtesse aimable.très dau calme. "
