「Beautiful property in Palanga high trees - lots of trees - fresh air spa - pool- trendy restaurant . only problem our luxury corner room has a deep small bathtub no walk in shower - bad for a visitor with bilateral hip replacements and no shower bar - dangerous - for someone using a cane. they were full and no other room available so - daily sponge bath also there are curtains NOT door on the other side of bathroom — bizarre when using toilet」

「All the staff i met in Spa, Restaurants have been amazing very friendly, polite and felt welcomed. Thank you! The main pool area has been overcrowded. The slippers dropped by people everywhere and anywhere around the pool. Check in time starts 15:00 and everyone had to queue to get into hotel. Blocking the entrance for other people. I booked two rooms for my family. And my friend’s family one room. We have asked for rooms to be on the same floor next to each other it was not accommodated...

「The location of the property was great, it was right on the main strip by restaurants and shops. Unfortunately the wifi wasn’t very good in our room, and we were right by a kids play area and a restaurant, the restaurant below us did play loud music until midnight, (but the resturant itself is great!). Other than that the place was good.」
