「浴槽又はシャワーということでしたがシャワーのみのお部屋で、このシャワーが非常に使いづらかったこと以外には大きな不満はありません。 フロント(受付)が徒歩3分ほど離れていたため、部屋を変えてもらえるか交渉に行くのも面倒でそのまま２泊しました。 そのフロントのある建物のカフェでの朝食が含まれていました。 ５種類のメニューから選ぶタイプで、クロワッサンサンドのセットを食べました。 ハムとチーズを挟んだサンドイッチも付け合わせのポテトも、出来立てだったらすごく美味しかったのではないかと思いますが、すっかり冷めていたのが残念です。 ホテルの周辺は小洒落た街並みで、バス停も近く、ロケーションは良かったと思います。」

「This apartment was in the perfect location for our vacation. It is an easy 30 minute walk to Byward Market, museums, and Parliament. Amy was responsive when the information regarding access codes was incorrect and ensuring the smoke detector was installed. We would definitely stay here again!」

「My husband and I stayed for 2 nights over this past weekend. Joy's Chalet provided everything we hoped to get from our time away. It's an hour or so from downtown Ottawa, We got to bring our doggo which was wonderful! Communication with the host was 10/10. Chalet was as described. Check in a breeze. Beds were comfortable, lots of spare blankets and pillows. Chalet was perfectly clean. Everything worked as expected, no issues with anything in the kitchen and the hot tub was in perfect working...

Staying by the lake was very relaxing, we spent a lot of time in the hot tub just chilling. I appreciate that the kitchen is complete with things that we needed for our dinner. 「ワンベッドルームスウィートに泊まりましたが、部屋が古いというクチコミ通り、古びた内装の部屋でしたが清掃は十分にしてあり、値段を考えると全く不満はありませんでした。 現在少しずつ改修工事を進めているとのことでしたが、特にその様子は見えませんでした。将来的に内装や設備が改修されれば、立地から見ても大変良いホテルになると思います。」

「The property is very new, clean, and spacious. The area is quiet, but just one block away from the busy Bank street with many restaurants and shops. A bit of a walk to the city center (you can also take a short ride on a bus though), but recommended!」

「I stayed five days to visit and work at the national library (LAC) in Wellington st.,15 minutes to walk from the hotel (no buses), this wasn't problem for me, as there's no reasonable hotel around it. For visitors like me, it's almost the best place to stay, I can say : large living room, kitchen, bathroom, communicative staff, laundry, swimming pool, etc. Many shops around to support the relatively long-term visitors.
