"9月下旬に1泊2日で利用しました。室内の設備・環境はとても良く、快適に過ごすことができました。（エアコン等は使用していないので、空調の効き具合はわかりませんでした。） BBQをするにあたっては、網・炭・鉄板などは持参する必要があります。また、今回は雨が降っていたのですが、バルコニーは屋根がなく、パラソルも1つしかないうえに破損していたため、室内にあったホットプレートに切替えました。別荘までの道は夜は街灯もなさそうだったので、夕方くらいまでに到着されたほうが良いと思います。チェックインまで・チェックイン時のやり取りもスムーズでしたし、滞在中に災害情報（台風がきていたので）もご連絡いただき、大変ありがたかったです。"

"奥の方にある為、静かで9月下旬頃でも気温も低めで過ごしやすかったです。ただ、車が大きめなので駐車しにくかった事がマイナス点です。"

"We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend with two families; children ranged from 10-14 in age. Communication with the host was great and they were kind and understanding when we arrived late due to traffic. We had a wonderful visit and enjoyed many amenities about the house, as well as the surrounding area. "立地が非常にいい。車等で観光スポットにも行きやすいし、コンビニには歩いていける。部屋も綺麗で、キッチンも広く、楽しく夕飯を食べられた。こちらの確認不足もあるが、唯一サウナが思った以上に狭く、1人ずつしか入れない感じだったのが残念。"

"愛犬と一緒に泊まりました。場所や建物もお部屋もとてもよかったです。サウナは小さいですが部屋にあるので自由に入れるので満足できました。ただ、電子レンジの中は一度洗わないと使えなかったのと、洗濯機の中には前の人の下着が残っていたりと確認してないのかな？と思うことが多かったです。部屋のドックランはドックラン？なのかな？草がボーボーで走り回ることは出来ませんでした。敷地内の散歩もダメなら草を刈っていてほしいなと思います。"

"The worst experience for check in as they messed up our booking - wrong unit number and code were informed, and it was for another Rakuten stay, not this facility! The facility is new, a huge living & dining area compare to Nasu where we stayed a year ago. Too many huge bugs in the balcony, lots were dead already but not cleaned… narrow parking area and the aisle "
