"My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt in Niagara Falls. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and the bell staff told me it was newly renovated. Lobby looks amazing. Front desk staff was quick and friendly. The Fallsview room that I received was the best hotel room I have ever stayed in. The view was spectacular! The STK steakhouse on the 9th floor was an added bonus. Great food and great Vibe with the DJ. Compliments to the staff on a beautiful hotel!"

"I’ve been at this hotel many times both on business trips and family and my last stay was very disappointing. kids running up and down the hallways until 11:30 PM yelling and making a lot of noise. I called front reception twice and kindly ask for them to take care of it and it just went on and on. The room that I had for some reason felt very dated and all of the traffic from the Riverview was so loud like the windows were paper thin. "

"Good clean room overlooking the American Falls. Friendly helpful staff. Municipal parking adjacent to the hotel with indoor access to the hotel. Casino connected to the hotel. Access to Hard Rock Cafe for outstanding meal. Starbucks in the lobby for morning coffee. Hot hotel breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, although not included in room price, with restaurant having outstanding views of the Falls in 13th floor. Peaceful, cozy room. Clean bathroom, well appointed. Comfortable walking distance to Canadian Falls. Excellent hotel."
