「Great resort. As observed, It seems to be popular for the elderly. Staff are attentive and friendly but too many are like body guards. Multi-purpose hotel as it seems to be a busy place for squash players, corporate events and gym fitness goers. Dinner at LIV Restaurant is top notch quality food and delicious. Best to go mon-wed for their 2 can dine deal. Hotel is clean but shower was not a real “steam shower” as advertised. The hotel room looks pristine but not a super modern style as I would...

「Hotel was not new but clean. The room is a shower without a bathtub, it would be better if there was a tub. From the window of the hotel, you can see the Niagara River, but it is quite far. Don't expect a view.」

「Nice clean property close to the outlet mall. Self parking. Should have had breakfast included similar to other hotels.」

「Very good property, great location...but air conditioning not functioning...warm room. Think property not prepared for first warm day. Could not open windowns because of rain and thermostat could not be adjusted.」
