「This stay was disappointing and unsafe. We left shortly after arriving due to our concerns. *Hot tub nonfunctional: The hot tub was prominently featured in this listing's title description. It was a primary reason we booked this listing. When we arrived, it was empty and gross. I triple-checked the listing to confirm there were no date restrictions; it was listed as active at the time we booked **and** arrived. When I messaged the host about this, he (eventually) sent me a screenshot of a note...
