BJ quickly responded to my Facebook post about the opening and was very welcoming! We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend in Evarts! We loved the location to the trails! "We had an amazing five night stay while visiting family in Kentucky. The home is huge and fully furnished with everything you need! Lots of towels in both bathrooms and tons of extras in the kitchen and around the home. The home was clean, property was absolutely beautiful up on the hill in a serene and private location. There was a fire pit with a stack of wood for us to use. That was so nice! Our kids had a great time playing upstairs and downstairs. We really appreciated staying at a home with a basement because I’m not a fan of storms! We will definitely be back. I highly recommend!!"

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The location is good and the owner is great. Kim is very responsive. We had an issue with the temperature in the place and Kim addressed it quickly and attentively; and it was resolved. Even my dog was comfortable staying there. He usually barks when we leave him alone (crated), but he didn't while there. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The home itself was spotless, well-maintained, and full of charm. One of our favorite features was the lovely back porch—perfect for relaxing in the morning with coffee or winding down in the evening.The location was central and convenient, with easy access to nearby lakes and only about two hours from both the Kentucky Horse Park and Natural Bridge State Resort Park. It made for a perfect base for day trips and outdoor adventures.Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!"
