「The cottage was clean and comfortable. It has a great shower and comfortble bed. Our son loved the smart tv and fold down bed. There are many thoughtful touches through out the cottage. It was a quick and easy drive to Kirksville. We highly recommend this property and will stay again when in the area.」

「Very accommodating host. We had a dog, cat, plants, & enclosed trailer (moving). He was great to help us out when no one else had room for all this mess. Clean and comfortable. Excellent neighborhood for walking the dog.」

「Upon entering we immediately noticed the floors. They are very uneven, with humps and dips. The water pressure in the shower was terrible-you had to turn the hot all the way on to get it warm. There were cobwebs on the ceiling above our bed. Unable to use the coffee maker as the basket contained a moldy filter & coffee from a previous guest. Both the front & back doors had gaps that allowed light to enter. 」

「House was very easy to locate. It was in the middle of town and close to many places to eat. House has a very good view of the sunrise. Since it snowed during our stay, we very much appreciated the use of the garage. House was decorated for the holiday which was very thoughtful and nice. 」
