「良かった点: 施設がきれい・室内の設備が説明の通り良い・静か・周辺の道路が広く車で出入りしやすい・併設のACホテルの前にいる人(たぶん案内とかしてる係りの人)がとにかく親切・小さいスーパーやスタバ、パン屋さん、美容院などちょっとしたお店が敷地内にあって便利・外だが敷地内に喫煙所あり 残念だった点: 説明欄に空港送迎ありと記載あり選んだが、今はやっていないと言われた。併設ACホテルにシャトルバスがあったので、もしかしたら利用できるかもしれないが確認していない。チェックインが遅い時間になったので、受付に人がおらず苦労した。」

「They pay attention to detail for the apartment, feels like going home, the host always answers the messages. I checked in after midnight and she answered every message as I got confused with the code to enter the property. Definitely a place to go back to. The apartment has everything that any person could ask for. Also outside the apartment there's a coffee machine that makes all kind of coffee.」

「The location is beautiful, safe, and picturesque. Breakfast was delicious, with something slightly different each day, and it was delivered right to our chalet. I stayed for 4 nights with my two teenage kids, and they absolutely loved the cosy look and feel of the chalet. 「エスカスにあるこのホテルは、中心地から少し離れていますが、近隣にはレストラン等(美味しい日本料理店あり)もあり食事には困りませんでした。家族５人で利用をしましたが、部屋には２階部屋もあり、広く清潔で快適でした。プール横には温水のジャクジーもあり、１２月でも気持ちよく利用できました。」

「概ね満足ですが、空港の送迎シャトルは予約制だといわれ、使えませんでした。 今まで他のホテルでそのようなことがなかったので、そうであればウェブページに記載するなりするべきだと思います。」
