「We had plenty of space for our family, and Lori was quick to respond when the internet went out. (It came back.) The house is on the market so I assume some updates to the kitchen cabinets may be coming soon, but everything worked fine. Great view and beach access. Very relaxing, and my husband especially appreciated the elevator.」

「Lovely home right on the beach, clean, spacious and well appointed. Pleanty of room to spread out. The property manager was very responsive to any questions or requests. Would definitely recommend. 」

「Property is in a great location. Ocean views and having the beach so close was nice. The kitchen is fully stocked they even have a crockpot, which wasn't in the listing but helped us feed a group of 17. The only thing missing was the ball for the foosball game. 」

「Perfect for small space accommodation. The queen bed was very comfortable and I particularly liked the overhead fans and doors separating the kitchen/TV area from the bedroom. Location was close to the Beach and other areas of VA Beach. I definitely give this place 5 stars. 」

「Location is great, pool good for a dip, and overall layout and size of house is good. But we arrived to find the house quite dirty (needed better vacuuming, wipe down of kitchen cabinets, etc) and in disrepair with a broken screen door to the screened porch among other things. The passcode lock had a dead battery, and I needed to call for the key. The beds were made, but many were without flat sheets and one with bugs and hair on the fitted sheet under the comforter that was full of sand. Good...

「Comfortable overall including beds. Nice view from most rooms. Enough dinning/kitchen space for our group of 7. Back porch/ deck was a plus. The only issue was, the upstairs tub had been repaired and was a little weird but did not leak and when hanging a face cloth on the towel rack, it fell of the wall as if had been previously glued. We all still enjoyed our stay.」

「We had a wonderful time at the house, the pool was perfect for when the ocean was too rough. We couldn’t find the light switch for the pool light, that’s the only negative comment I can make. We loved it!」
