「Beautiful new rooms and great beach location. The payment for the chairs is too much given the cost already paid to the resort. In a beach club you can use that $15-40 euro towards food/drink consumption. Here you pay just to sit. We only sat once and then went to Lago beach club. The staff at the bar near the beach were great.」

「Ok stay, but some details did not match a 5-star luxury suite experience
Overall, our stay was okay, and there were some very positive aspects. The service at the outdoor restaurant was great, and the spa service was exceptional.
That said, considering this is a 5-star hotel and the Pomegranate Suite is presented as a luxury/high-end room, there were several details that could be improved. We had just spent a week at Sani Dunes, and the contrast was noticeable. A small touch such as fresh...

「Great beach, rooms and most common areas very clean. Staff courteous. Outdoor areas generally well kept. Told that drinking tap water in rooms would be at own risk, yet charged for glass of water during meal! During showers in room stood in2 to 3 inches of grey water beause drain pipe plugged. Went to call house keeping, discovered phone did not work. Went to front desk to ask for phone, never arrived!」
