「The location and the furniture in the place was pretty good, the structure of the place itself was rough. Dried yellow running water marks on the bedroom walls, peeling ceiling with what looked like mold in the top corner of the kitchen and lots of loose bathroom tiles with a hole in the floor. Just a very old and not maintained well building.」

「We booked this property due to its proximity to our daughter who lives in the area and the fact that it allowed dogs. The location was great - we could get downtown quickly and easily. It is on a busy road, but that did not bother us. The fenced backyard is great and the screened in porch is wonderful. Landon was a cordial host (and we appreciated his coffee cup humor). The home does need some TLC - the transition piece from kitchen to living area was broken and a tripping hazard, some blinds...
