From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. 「My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. There were loud, disturbing noises and fighting outside the hotel room around 3 AM, which made it very difficult to sleep. Upon arrival, the room had water on the floor, and the TV was not working properly. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I was not satisfied with my stay. I would not recommend this hotel.」
