「The property looks old, dingy and almost scary from the outside. Think old motel where you walk up to your room from the outside. The stairs were steep, dirty and not well maintained. If you have mobility issues it is a no go. They own several properties and we thought (mistakenly) we had rented a different one which looked new and modern from the outside.
