「I ,with my family, arrived this hotel after 6 hours drive. However staff said she can’t find our reservation.
She requested to ask Hotels.com. Hotels.com staff supported us and sent us Facility ID and Reservation Code that is different from Reservation Number. Hotels.com said Reservation is sent electronically.
After 1 hour, Finally hotel’s manager found our reservation on her own computer.
I asked the staff what was problem and whose problem.
She said 2 different company uses different...

「The property was great for the one medium-sized dog we brought. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. You could really tell that the house is loved and lived-in. It is not just a furnished rental property, but clearly someone’s home they have spent a lot of time furnishing with high-quality items. The interior of the house was just as nice as the scenery outside, making for an effortlessly relaxing vacation. 」

「Angel's Rest is sooo peaceful. We had a delicious and super healthy breakfast in the breakfast nook, surrounded by lovely plants and a small fountain, looking out over the rolling hills of Western Mass. The fall colors were nice. 」

「Everything about this house is ideal! The rooms are meticulously crafted. Two wood stoves to keep it cozy and books everywhere! The common space is large enough for everyone to gather for food and drinks and spending time together, but there are also sitting nooks throughout that you could have some solo time as well. The property is magical with a big green space that goes right to the river's edge. We hope to be returning in the future!」
