「The room was the size of a shoebox and it was absolutely painful to try to get an upgrade. For nearly $1,000 to stay I expected gold treatment being on a gold floor. Check in line was 20 minutes wait and they had the wrong last name on file. I waited over an hour for ice and a wine glass and had to call to remind them.
