"Our 2nd time at the cabin and it did not disappoint! You did a phenomenal job with the downstairs! We were floored when we saw it. We enjoyed 2 birthdays while we were there and had a blast! Also had a great time on the lake fishing and swimming and just floating around! Our grandkids each caught a fish and were so excited which made it all the more worthwhile! The kids loved using the kayaks and paddled their way around the area. Perfect relaxing overdue vacation! Easy access to the lake and the surrounding area. Six Flags just under 2 hours! Had a great time in Georgia!Thanks!"

"Great location near a public ramp. Plenty of room to park the boat. Outside outlets to connect battery charger. Everything clean and in good working order. Queen bed and queen sofa bed on main level. The lofts can sleep up to 4 people, but not very suited for those of us over 50. The ladder is a little steep, but no problem for younger folks."
