"The room is small and there are no amenities. There is no hairdryer. The window faces the room across a narrow space, so you can’t open the blinds. The shower room door doesn’t close properly, causing water to drip onto the floor. The shower water smells like sewage. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, waking everyone up, but there was no announcement afterward. The touch key didn’t work, and I had to ask the front desk to rewrite it twice. The hotel is a renovated old building. The only good thing is the convenient location for tourists looking for pinchos."

"着いて直ぐに現金で支払いましたが、領収書を依頼したら断られました。 それでも、頼み続けたらやっと手書きの領収書を書いて貰えました。それ意外は洗濯をお願いしたり、トイレットペーパーが無かったので補充をお願いしたり、タオルも揃って無かったので依頼しましたが、早く対応して頂きました。寒い日に暖房が使えたのが、良かったです。"

"ビルバオ空港からバスで移動して来ましたが、バスターミナルからホテルまでの交通機関はバスとトラムがあり、アクセスに困ることはありませんでした。 ビルヘン・ブランカ広場へは徒歩で10分くらいで、周辺のタパスバーやレストランに行くのにも便利なロケーションです。 フロントのスタッフはフレンドリーで部屋も清潔でした。冷蔵庫があったのは嬉しかったけど、お湯を沸かすポットがあれば尚良かったです。 唯一の欠点はエアコンが作動しなかったこと。スイッチは入っているのに全く作動しませんでした。 お風呂上がりのドライヤータイムに持参していたハンディファンでしのいだ以外は、窓を開けて自然の風で丁度良かったので、特にレセプションには問い合わせませんでした。"
