「The unit was clean and ready to go, once we found it. We arrived after dark and could not find it but Silver, the host, met us at the entry of this gated community and escorted us up. We own a place on St Croix but it was rented to others so we needed a place to stay for a week. This unit is convenient to the east end restaurants and there are 3 beaches within a 5 minute drive. 「Home is exceptionally clean. Plunge pool was super clean and quite warm for early March - it's nearly full sun all day long. Comfortable home and actually pretty private pool and patio area. There is a pergola for shade with outdoor dining and that was a great place to get some work done and get out of the full sun as needed. The view of Buck Island is good, but the house is not located high so there is some general neighbor noise - a few dogs and the famous island roosters are present. ...

「Do Not be fooled by this listing. The pool is NOT A PRIVATE POOL. It is shared and you have to ASK FOR PERMISSION to use it. When I found this out, I asked for a refund and was denied. I told him I that his post is misleading and based on what he advertised, I was under the impression that the pool was private and part of the rental. He stated that it wasn't. 」
