「Very run down.」

「Incredible property, knowing what we know now we could have spent days there with our youth group. We booked it to accommodate our kids and leader for 1 night as we headed to rocky mountain ymca. Awesome place thou!!」

「We had a great experience. Steve was an excellent host and the place was full of old artifacts. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. Loved the small town.」

「This little old house comfortably fit my family of 5 and 3 dogs. We spent most of our time at the lake. We were only in the house for the early mornings, late evenings and throughout the night. The house was clean. The little air conditioner kept the house pretty cool when on high. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and seemed to be pretty new. 「Clean place. Definitely thought about what some of the needs might be for guests. We played some of the provided family games and had a movie night with their choices of movies on the TV. It was cool enough inside but the fans definitely helped upstairs. The stairs were a little steep but we have a 2 year old that no matter what they were going to be nervous about the stairs. But such a great experience, one that I hope my kids remember.」

「We had a fantastic stay here with everything we needed. The fenced in yard was great for the dog and it was an easy drive out to the lake. The only draw back was the listing photos of the beds/bedrooms made it appear there were 6 standard beds but there was 4 plus a daybed and trundle in the living room. Not a big deal as it still fit everyone, just a bit surprising based on the listing photos.」

「Wonderful stay! We came into town for my 15-year-olds b-day weekend and the house and location worked perfectly. The farm fresh eggs from the chickens out back were such a great touch. Would definitely stay again!」
