「They say they have a hot tub when you ask But they don’t tell you it’s broken and cannot be used We got two rooms, one room had NO Towels They told us our total charge on top of Expedia fees would be $20 They did Not tell us that was per room, they said that was total They tell you the restaurant has a happy hour but they Don’t tell you there will be an hour wait time, or that it’s very expensive They tell you the second floor is best for views but they Don’t tell you the first floor rooms have...

「Eagle Crest is a great place for amenities outside of staying at the hotel. The staff were great, but our room felt like it was step back in time. The bed frame had rips, there was a build up of dust on the bathroom fan and on the wall and it just felt outdated compared to the rest of the resort. 」

「Everything was great here. My personal opinion was our bed being too hard for my liking. Otherwise everything else was great. Great location, next to food and shopping with in walking distance, no issues with noise from other people or the highway. The breakfast ontime, fresh, fully stocked and a variety of options. The front desk lady was incredibly efficient and kind. There was a shortage of luggage carts and I saw staff dillig3ntly looking for them to help us and others out. 」

「There aren’t any motels in downtown Bend, but this hotel is just a 10-minute walk away, making it a very convenient option. There’s a supermarket and a gas station nearby, which adds to the convenience for travelers. The building and facilities are quite dated and not particularly comfortable, but overall, it’s a reasonably priced place to stay.」

「Very clean large room with nice, well equipped kitchen. They prepare coffee bean with grinder which tastes very good. it has large back yard where kids can play very much. I love this place and will stay here again. 」

「Best motel breakfast in Bend, selection, quality and very professionally attended to and maintained! Personable and helpful staff. As to the motel, no hot water at ‘rush hour’, thin noisy walls and noisy if occupied room is above you, barking dog, next door, no internet connection 4 out of 5 nights, in room heater failed to heat, sink stopper stuck in the closed position and would not drain.
