No reception desk at a convenient place, it is kept in the back side of the building. vehicle parking is owners risk because the job to get the vehicle to the parking area is a difficult task. All promotions by aggregators like Hotels .com / Expedia, make my trip all contributed to this feeling of shame and frustration for me.
