"I was pleasantly surprised how nice this property was! I rented a suite which suited me and my grown children while in Clovis. The breakfast was a major plus and there was always a fresh pot of coffee throughout the day. The grounds were well kept with a swimming pool fire pit and BBQ grill if needed. I would stay here again."

"Rooms are so dirty and stained with nasty looking stuff on the sofa and floor. All the light outlets were burnt up and unusable. I almost got electrocuted trying to plug in the cord to a lamp. Not all the lights worked. I felt so dirty staying here, I will never again book this place. "

"A surprise independent, separate small efficiency. Its a good waylay point for travellers. If visiting clovis, very close at 2/3 the price.Also not bad mexican breakfast options - arry put/ drive through, but well prepared."

"It acomadated the 5 adults and 5 kids well it was spacios the back yard was fun for the kids to through the football..i highly recommend this house..if its available on our next trip we'll definitely stay there"
