I booked an apartment in the centre of Cordes-sur-Ciel, but after the first downpayment, I received a remorseful message that the location had been misplaced on the site. The apartment was situated in Itzac, in the countryside not in Cordes. "This unusual property has been sensitively renovated to preserve a wealth of original features. The light touch gives visitors a chance to glimpse what life might have been like when it was used as a farm house for the chateau. While very close to Cordes, the setting, beside fields and in amongst trees, makes it a very peaceful location. During our stay many bats, stars and a few meteors were seen in the night sky. The pool, with its fence for keeping the deer at bay, was wonderful!"

"Check-in really easy. House presented to a high standard; the kitchen is extremely well equipped and you will want for nothing to enjoy and cater for yourselves. Pool was ok for a while until it turned a little green. Generally a peaceful area though there is a resident family living next door that we were aware of. A great location for exploring the local area."

"Notre séjour en famille dans la maison de Maxime était juste top ! Une vraie coupure, c'est ce qu'il nous fallait. Une propriété au calme en pleine nature où l'on se sent seul au monde. Les enfants peuvent y jouer en toute sécurité. De la place pour les enfants et la sérénité pour les parents. La maison est refaite avec goût et il y a tout sur place pour ne pas s'ennuyer (jeux, activités sportives, piscine, spa, barbec...) Bref une vraie combinaison gagnante. Nous reviendrons chez Maxime à coup...

Un logement propre, bien aménagé, fonctionnel, en bon état et bien équipé. Très bien situé pour ceux qui veulent se mettre « au vert » Tout etait parfait.
