「The pool with a decent size with a hot tub. We had to ask for towels and they were only big enough for a small child. The place was clean. The rooms were nice.」

「Traveling for work, but unable to get a receipt for my stay. Company card. Now I may have to pay out of pocket because I can’t get ahold of anyone and no one was willing to give me a receipt at check-in and no one was at the desk on my way out to the airport.」

「Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange. 」

「Breakfast was fresh and lots to choice from. Laundry was expensive and they needed a sink to wash your hands. Vending machine was also expensive and had to keep asking for change back that wasn't given back. Didn't like that I wasn't all the way checked out and the cleaning guy was in my room already. 」

「Great lake view. Nice cabin for 4 people. Heat works well. Full kitchen. Bathroom could use updating and the water tasted very metallic. The beds are some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Slept so well. Very quiet areas. Close to Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation and much better than the local hotels. 「This place met our needs. Easy to find, helpful communication, very clean/comfortable. Was initially concerned about location as it’s on a busy intersection. However, noise was better than anticipated and we slept well at night. Great location for activities. Would stay there again. 」
