「This was an instant book so my credit card was charged immediately. I messaged the owner, as instructed by VRBO, for check in information. No response. I chatted with VRBO, they made an attempt to contact him, no luck. The phone number provided for the owner was not a working number. We were not able to check in. I read similar reviews but couldn’t believe VRBO would allow this property to remain if they were true. Trust the reviews! In the end, VRBO assisted me with a refund. 」

「We loved this place. The house was really sweet and the town was precious. We walked to the cafe for lunch and enjoyed watching kids ride their bikes around town. Winfield is 30 minutes away and is beautiful. 」
