Classic. Lovely pool. Excellent staff

Property, staff, location, service, amenities were all top notch!

Stayed there for a wedding, not near to any tourist spot or shopping, but that is why the price is lower than other 5 star hotels in Delhi. Good, clean hotel, great shower and good breakfast.

I arrived at 6am and told that official check-in was at 2, however, efforts would be made to have the room ready earlier. I went to the wonderful, fifteen dollar breakfast buffet and then enjoyed a massage at their world class spa while waiting. The room was ready by 10 and upgraded from the smallest room to a large suite. I have stayed here many times and am never disappointed. It is simply an oasis in the heart of Delhi .

I travel a lot to many countries and cities for business and for pleasure. Most time I stay at 5star hotel and sometimes, some hotels are good some .. eh..not so much. My husband and I took a trip to New Delhi last month and we stayed at the ITC Maurya for almost 3 weeks. We had the most incredible time staying at this hotel. Not only is this a gorgeous hotel, with beautiful rooms and grounds, and not only are the 2 restaurants there terrific, but the staff there is absolutely amazing. The hotel is close to the airport, which is convenient. The hotel staff are polite and helpful. Hotel room is spacious, bed is comfortable. One thing we think the hotel need to improve is the quality of food, especially the Asian restaurant.

I frequently travel to Delhi. This has become my favorite property. It is close to great restaurants in connought place, close to metro to the airport, close to railway station, not very far from the airport, and above all the staff is very pleasant and friendly. Mr. Pankaj, the manager, is exemplary with smiling service and top notch efficiency. 5 stars from me.

Airport pick-up was perfection -- no hassles, everything completely professional. I have stayed several times at Ambassador Hotel! It is centrally located and the staff go above and beyond every time. The breakfast menu is the same everyday and gets monotonous! You need to provide some variety!

We travel to Delhi from the US at least once a year, and this is the place we choose to stay every time (after trying a few others in the past). It's not the most pricey in town, but it is very comfortable and the staff members are routinely great. It has superb restaurants (Sevilla has been an excellent recent addition to the Dhaba and Pearl). I'd head for the Dhaba for at least one meal in Delhi even if I were staying elsewhere. High tea in the garden brings back a relaxed, earlier era.
