「L’hôtel était très propre et la chambre, particulièrement spacieuse. Le personnel a été extrêmement gentil et professionnel. J’étais en avance sur l’heure prévue d’arrivée, et la réception a immédiatement pris contact avec l’équipe d’entretien pour que je puisse accéder rapidement à ma chambre : un vrai plus ! 「We had an amazing time and felt so well cared for. The staff was very attentive. The room was probably one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. Everything was so new and clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace. It was a great location, close to the Medina and not too far from the airport. The staff kindly arranged for taxi transportation. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer! 」

「My portable battery (power bank) was removed from the room!! It was removed on the day before my last stay and I could not report to the police. The service was not good either. I asked for the hair dryer upon arrival on the first day and I had to keep asking 7 times and I finally got it at the front desk next day. Is it so difficult for 4star hotel?? 」
