"Amazing view from the room. The room was clean and nice. Cost of food on the higher end. Staff a d local very friendly and safe. Great food on the island and overall very clean island. We will come back! "

"Not a 5* hotel but it was everything it advertised and thus gave it 5*. I was not disappointed. It’s an older hotel that’s been updated. I was happy with the room. Great ocean view and left balcony doors open for the breeze. Ate at the restaurant for lunch, good. Used the beach, lovely. Walked to nearby grocery store, handy. Used the Bermuda college gym beside the hotel (small and dated but had all the weight equipment I needed). There are bus stops in walking distance. Taxis in to town were quick and under $20. I would stay here again. "

"Not a great atmosphere at front desk, some staff better than others. Pool area nice. Restaurants all nice. Shuttle drives great."

"Excellent views of the coast & beach from the room. Breakfast was excellent so many choices. There is a bus stop across the street, so it is easy to get around the island. There are a lots of steps at the hotel and does not seem to be wheelchair friendly. Staff and owner are really very friendly"

"Gold Lounge experience was excellent. Would highly recommend to any type of traveller. Food was varied and plentiful and the staff were just incredible - especially Rolly, George, Pascal and Pearl. "
