「Staying at Royal Luxury Camps was nothing short of a dream. It was above and beyond expectation with respect to ambiance, customer service, and overall experience. First we were met by Hafid, who is in ancredibly kind and knowledgeable man with respect to the desert and surrounding cities. He was flexible with arrival times, gave us free tea after our long drive, and then toured us into the desert at sunset, explaining various Berber traditions along the way. 「This was an amazing and unique experience in the middle of the desert. The camel ride and the SUV tour was worth it . I had tea in the nomads tent ,visited the old mines , listening to a life Gnawa show and lunch at Nora restaurant than camel ride back to camp .The host Zaid was the best host ever , he picked us upon arrival at 2am and drove us to camp than serve us a full dinner course especially made for us .I want to thank Zaid ,Mohamed and Fatima for making our visit so special . 」

「There is no air conditioning and charger is only USB charge in room. Some room you can not locked and door stay open all night. Felt unsafe while sleeping due to unable to close my door. 」

「Horrible experience. This place is a dump. Our king suite with pool view wasn't available even though prepaid. Were given a small room with two queen beds but not offered the difference in price. Credit cards were not accepted and the WiFi was not working. We were told to pay cash for food and incidentals. They did offer a local band that kept us awake until midnight with their horrible sounds. Do not stay at this place. Totally not Moroccan.」

「Absolutely amazing experience, super helpful, friendly and fun warm and kind staff. This was a once in a lifetime experience enjoyed by my husband and I and our 2 children. The pool before we got the camels was lovely, the children were afraid to get up on the camels but the staff reassured them and made it work. The dessert was breathtaking.
