This property was incredible from the staff to the food! Very zen and relaxing, gorgeous surroundings ! Food was Michelin star quality.

This was a lovely place to stay while we visited the Kisakata beach. The host was incredibly helpful and picked us up when we went to the wrong train station. The host had sent a message with our initial reservation that the Google Maps directions were wrong but I missed that information. So for future visitors: DO NOT follow the Google Maps directions. Off all the chain hotels we stayed in in Japan, this is our favorite, so much so that we plan to look for Daiwa hotels now when we book for future trips. Nice big lobby, bilingual staff, easy check in/out with automation, nice rooms, modern and larger bathroom. Everything seemed upgrade level. Definitely enjoyed staying there and it was near the station with lots of eateries to choose from.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the station. The room was comfortable and seemed to be nicely updated recently. A lot of options for restaurants nearby too.

Everything was wonderful

Room was clean and convenient to the station. Many neat art pieces in the lobby.

Very much a Japanese experience for those wanting one. A bit on the expensive side however.

You can have free ramen while 21:30-23:00, and it’s pretty good.

The room was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I didn't have the breakfast nor use the parking so I can't speak to those areas. I had an amazing stay and really enjoyed my room and the location. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Excellent experience

Amazing breakfast!!!!
