Nestled in the highly desired Beachwalk area of the Sandpiper Cove Resort, Unit 9111 is a completely renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that offers comfort, charm, and convenience—just a short stroll from the resort`s private beach access and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
As you enter, you`ll step into the master suite, featuring a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and plenty of space to unpack and unwind. The master bathroom has been fully updated with shiplap detailing, a bath-shower combo, bench seating, and elegant beach-themed decor.

The guest bedroom includes a comfortable queen-size bed, twin bunk beds, a flat screen TV, and the second updated bathroom features a walk-in shower and coastal touches throughout.

To elevate your stay, we provide luxury bath towels and full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion for your comfort and convenience.

Living Space
Continue into the main living space, and you`ll find a spacious dining area with seating for six at a large dining table—perfect for family meals or game nights. An additional dining nook in the kitchen offers even more seating. Please note that guests must be 25 years old to rent at Sandpiper Cove, in accordance with resort policy.

-Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.
-To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, we recommend contacting facilities in the Destin, FL area.
-Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24 hour Security Guards for your protection.
-NO SMOKING OR PETS ARE PERMITTED inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations will result in charges, automatic eviction, and forfeiture of refund.
