Welcome to Aegean 210, a beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo nestled in the heart of Holiday Isle. Located on the second floor, this spacious unit comfortably sleeps 8 guests with a King bed in the Main Bedroom, two Full beds in the Guest Bedroom, and a pull-out sofa in the living area. The interior features modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining area that easily accommodates group meals. The multiple balconies offer both pool and extended Gulf views, making it the perfect spot to relax with your morning coffee or watch the sunset in the evening.

Musty/moldy odor and cockroaches

The musty/moldy smell from the master bedroom was so severe we moved the mattress to the living room and placed towels under the door to prevent the smell from permeating the hallway and other bedroom. There was visible water damage in the ceilings of the master bedroom / master closet. We were visited by a 2 inch cockroach in the living room which we killed (can provide photos if needed) - which provided the majority of the excitement for that evening. The water pressure in both showers was non-existent. The linens were damp (but this might just be from Florida humidity). When we messaged the host regarding the mildew/moldy smell via VRBO we just received a response that he was out of town and to contact the main office. When we contacted the main office they just said they would send someone out (who never came). It seemed very evident that this unit and management company are focused on maximizing profit for minimal effort / expense. The Aegean itself was a great location and the beach was beautiful. Understandably, the water damage may be due to structural issues / the unit above (the entire condo is undergoing renovation soon). Just be aware of these potential health issues, especially if you have respiratory conditions.

Needs updates

Gnats everywhere. Garbage disposal smelled terrible. Had to get bleach to cut the smell coming from it and put bowl over it! Only the king bed was comfortable. Terrible bathrooms. Tub didn't drain. Ick. Can barely turn around in on-suite bathroom. All air vents were caked in filthy dust/dirt. Fans covered in dust/filth. Pool was closed for no reason one afternoon.
