Summary:

This incredible property is located at The Terrace inside The Pelican Beach Resort in Destin, FL. Local resorts cannot compare to the diversity and selection found at The Resorts of Pelican Beach. In season, enjoy a snack at the poolside deli and provisions shop, or cool off with a frosty beverage at the beachfront bar. Relax at the beach or take a dip in one of the two community pools. Relax in the hot tub. Visit Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park located directly across the street. Take the short drive to the Destin Harbor and enjoy the shopping, dining, and fireworks at the Harborwalk Pavilion. The options are limitless at this centrally located beach resort!



The Space:

This 3 bedrooms/3-bathroom condominium includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. A living room area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and private balcony with views of The Terrace pool and lake. A master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom. A second master bedroom with a queen size bed and full-size bathroom. A third bedroom with two twin beds. A full-size washer and dryer.



Other Things to Note:

Beach Towels (8) are for use during your stay- Any missing beach towels will be charged to the card on file.

2 backpack beach chairs and an umbrella provided in the unit for your use



Interaction with Guests:

When you arrive go through the guard gate and then go to main Pelican Beach Complex which is last building (Brown Building) on the Gulf Side. Go to lobby receptionist (open 24/7), and you will fill out a Guest registration form. Guest Services will then issue you parking passes and wristbands for your stay. Once registered you will then go to The Terrace at Pelican Beach complex.

Check in was easy and quick. All communication with Kimberly Lang and associates was clear, concise and accurate. The unit is well-appointed and is exactly as photographed! We especially enjoyed (and utilized!) the in-unit laundry! Plenty of beach towels and extra linens. Location is perfect! We will absolutely stay here again.

The property was overall great and spacious. However, the second and third rooms could benefit from improved window treatments, such as blackout curtains, to block outside light. There was a considerable amount of light coming in, making these rooms very bright even at night. Additionally, the master bedroom and the second bedroom felt somewhat warm compared to the third bedroom, which has two twin-size beds.

Great stay!

Group of eight, four adults and four kids ages 2 through 10. Listing was as advertised and pictured, with tons of towels, pillows, and supplies. An easy 5 minute walk to sand, with a few pools along the way. Plenty of parking and 24/7 security at the gate was a plus. Nearby traffic can be a drag, but that’s expected in a beach town during a holiday weekend. Would stay again without hesitation.

Amazing!

Very well maintained property, quick response when communicating from booking through check out. Check in was quick and staff was polite. Had everything needed for our stay , including a beach wagon we were not expecting. Easy access to beach.Took advantage of the boat rental and did not disappoint. Zach at the dock was very helpful.Would definitely recommend for a family vacation or juat a get away.

Highly recommend place! Other than needs a higher door lock our grandson could open door by himself he’s 4…. Great host recommend renting the pontoon with booking of the property had a great day at crab island!!! Will definitely book again soon!!!

Great Location

Great location, close to everything. We enjoyed the emerald waters and white sandy beaches. Although the unit was under some maintenance, it was still very neat and clean when we arrived.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

This property was perfect for the five of us. There was plenty of room for all of us. Having 3 bathrooms was especially nice. It was very quiet & we never heard our neighbors or any street noise. The kitchen was well equipped. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Unit and property.

Thanks to Kim Lang property management and owners for this awesome unit. Even though the Terrace building looked online that it sits back a bit- It is really as close to the beach walkway as the other buildings. Awesome that the property offers 3 heated pools and hot tubs as well as The tiki bar and cafe by the pools. We will rent again. Thank you!

Great location and roomy condo!

We had a great time and were very happy with our stay! Even though we were not right off the beach, it was an easy walk to the beach. There was a heated pool and hot tub right on our grounds, which was not super busy, so had lots of room to play in the water. Condo was very clean and everything was easy to operate! Close to mini golf and other family activities!

What you see is not what you get! The pictures do not do justice! While the pictures are great, I can not say enough about this place! It is clean, spacious, quiet, great location, very well stocked, beautiful pool, and the management is on their game!!!! They were so incredibly helpful and easy to work with, making the stay so enjoyable. 10/10 recommend getting the boat with your stay. What a great day spent at Crab Island. Zach at the marina was awesome as well. I will be back!!!
