The Space:

We welcome you to SunDestin Beach Resort. Located on the white quartz sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, Sundestin is ideally located close to everything that makes Destin your favorite vacation spot. With amenities like an outdoor pool, gulf side hot tub, fitness center, on-site meeting space and seasonal amenities like an outdoor tiki bar, and beach chair & umbrella rentals (for an additional fee), SunDestin has everything you need to make your trip to the beaches of Northwest Florida a memorable one. The Scenic Stays team is the on-site management company and is available 24 hours a day should any needs arise.



SunDestin unit 1108 features a coastal inspired vibe with gorgeous, 11th story views of the Gulf of Mexico from the open living and dining area. The fully stocked kitchen allows you to cook meals and snacks in the condo, without having to dine out for every meal. Brew a cup of coffee and enjoy with your favorite people on the spacious gulf front balcony for an amazing sunrise or sunset.



When you’re ready to retire for the evening, a comfortable king size bed awaits you in the master with a private half bath ensuite. Spacious twin bunks in the hallway as well as a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, give you enough space for the whole family. An additional full bath and laundry area completes this fully-equipped condominium.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.



SunDestin is located conveniently close to shopping, dining and adventure. If you’re looking for a deep-sea fishing excursion, sunset dolphin cruise, coastal cuisine or exciting nightlife, all can be found at the Harborwalk Village. World-class shopping can be found a short distance away at the Destin Commons and features retailers like Bass Pro Shops, Belk, H&M and more! Adventure can be found at Big Kahuna’s Waterpark and fun for the whole family at  The Track, where you can ride go-karts, bumper boats and more, both located within walking distance of SunDestin. Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort are currently under construction, including the restaurant, and outdoor pools.



During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
