SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. Amenities remain open and fully available for guest use.



Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. We want to ensure you're informed in advance so you can plan your stay accordingly.

Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.



Perfectly situated in the heart of Destin, FL you’ll find SunDestin Beach Resort, a beachfront condominium directly along the Gulf of Mexico. With a friendly and around-the-clock Scenic Stays front desk staff, you’ll have everything you need to relax on the premises while getting great tips and recommendations on experiencing the rest of Destin.



SunDestin Beach Resort is known for its abundance of amenities, such as a newly renovated outdoor pool, indoor pool (heated seasonally), and an outdoor hot tub. Not to be outdone by its outdoor amenities, SunDestin also has complimentary DVD rentals, gift shop, and over 3,000 s. f. of meeting space, should you be looking for somewhere to throw an epic event. Whether your workout regime is strenuous or leisurely, SunDestin Beach Resort has a fitness center to include a steam room and sauna, and miles of sugar-white sand for long morning walks or intense interval training.



Upon entering SunDestin Unit 0316, you’ll first be greeted by the kitchen, stocking all the necessary appliances and cookware to take you from morning coffee to dinner prep.  The open floor plan moves you from the kitchen to a dining area with seating for four, and then a comfortable living area with mounted flat screen television and a nod to coastal decor with elements of wicker and calming colors.



The balcony can be accessed from both the living area and master bedroom so you can flow from the balcony to the interior space with ease. The is a 1-bedroom unit with a full bathroom and a half bathroom. With a king bed in the master bedroom and queen sofa bed in the living area, you’ll have room to sleep up to four people comfortably.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
