The spacious open floor plan allows for plenty of space allowing the murphy bed to be taken down without impacting the living room space and has a sofa sleeper. The large glass sliding glass doors open to a private balcony over looking Gulf Shore Drive and offering glimpses of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

The kitchen has all full-sized appliances as well as a Keurig coffee maker. There is ample counter space to cook up a quick bite before heading to the pool or a romantic dinner for two after spending the day at the beach. The dining area is located conveniently next to the kitchen.

The bathroom features a combination tub/shower and a sink vanity area to get ready each morning.
