Renovated beachfront condo, spectacular Gulf views

1 bedroom, two bathroom renovated ocean front unit directly facing the Gulf of Mexico with spectacular panoramic views of the Emerald Coast.

Pelican Beach Resort is on the beach, no need to cross any roads.

In addition to the King bed in the master bedroom, there is a twin over twin bunk bed in the hall and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 6 people. Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a second full bathroom in the hall.

This unit offers a full kitchen with all necessary appliances, utensils and cooking equipment. For your convenience, there is a coin operated laundry room on each floor. You will find a DVD player and two large smart flat screen TV's in this fine unit. Complimentary Netflix is included on living room TV. Enjoy super high speed complimentary Wifi.

Pelican Beach Resort is conveniently located in the heart of Destin with great dining and shopping around and right across the street from the Big Kahuna's water park. In addition, there are many recreational activities nearby.

All Pelican Beach units, balconies and common areas are smoke-free.

This condo was outstanding. Looked like the photos and fit the description. It was clean and convenient. The location was perfect close to everything. The resort beach was great as was the pool area. We loved being able to order food and drinks from the Tiki Bar. We would definitely return to the property!

Great property for the family!

The condo was great. It was spotless when we got there and had a great view. We had a couple of minor issues and the property manager was great at addressing them. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The condo was very clean and everything as promised. Such a nice view and close to everything. We got all of the info well ahead of time and check in was smooth as could be. Everything was perfect and we will probably be back. Overall five stars.

Very Nice Stay

My wife and I spent 6 days in this unit and found it to be in an excellent location. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. The beach was great. The owner was very responsive and addressed a minor issue we had immediately. We had a worry free stay which is the way a vacation should be.

Quiet and quaint

The overall facility is a bit dated but this specific unit was updated and clean. Perfect unit for a couple to get away and enjoy the beach. The balcony provides the perfect spot for privacy and listen to the waves crash on the shoreline. We enjoyed our stay and will likely come back.

Excellent Condo, Perfect Beach View, and Accommodating Host!

What more can you ask for? Pelican Beach Resort is a gem in a fantastic location in Destin. I highly recommend the Bilhan Family properties, they are very accommodating and communicate throughout the entire process. The room had everything we needed, was clean, and recently updated.

Fun getaway

Condo was great, very clean and adequately furnished with all the necessities. Great views! The resort itself as a whole could have been a little tidier, but that is not a reflection upon property owner but instead the resort. Overall it was a great getaway and would go again.

Beautiful views!

Our family of 5 (3 teenagers) had a wonderful stay here. Beautiful ocean views which we enjoyed even on the rainy days. Sunny days provided the entertainment of dolphins swimming by. Lots to do~ we enjoyed a day trip to crab island which was awesome. Tons of restaurants & walkable ones too. Haydar told us we could check in early & offered activities for the rainy days. We would definitely stay here again! Renting the chairs on the beach was great~ front row and no clean up!

Beach view

We enjoyed the condo. It had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the patio, great view. My only concern was the fact the chair rental company occupied the entire first rows of the beach at $50 a day for two chairs and an umbrella. We bought our own chaise loungers and used condos umbrella. We left chairs there for future guests. Enjoy, beautiful place.

Fabulous family spring break!

This condo at the Pelican Beach Resort was the perfect location for our family of 4. We were looking for a place with all of the home away from home amenities to make a week away from home with 2 teen boys as easy as possible and we found it here! It was extremely clean, updated, and the view of the Gulf of Mexico is truly breath taking. The crisp white beach is merely steps away and is the sand isn’t your thing the 2 pools are also a fantastic option. The on site security is very friendly yet serious about making sure everyone is safe. We will be back!!
