1 bedroom, two bathroom renovated ocean front unit directly facing the Gulf of Mexico with spectacular panoramic views of the Emerald Coast.

Pelican Beach Resort is on the beach, no need to cross any roads.

In addition to the King bed in the master bedroom, there is a twin over twin bunk bed in the hall and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 6 people. Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a second full bathroom in the hall.

This unit offers a full kitchen with all necessary appliances, utensils and cooking equipment. For your convenience, there is a coin operated laundry room on each floor. You will find a DVD player and two large smart flat screen TV's in this fine unit. Complimentary Netflix is included on living room TV. Enjoy super high speed complimentary Wifi.

Pelican Beach Resort is conveniently located in the heart of Destin with great dining and shopping around and right across the street from the Big Kahuna's water park. In addition, there are many recreational activities nearby.

All Pelican Beach units, balconies and common areas are smoke-free.

Amazing Destin

We had a perfect stay in Destin. The condo was even better than the pictures. Everything was spotlessly clean and well stocked. The view was phenomenal and watching the dolphins play and the walks on the beach were a perfect way to start the day. The amazing sunsets were a perfect to end it.

I thoroughly enjoyed this vacation! The condo was perfectly clean and the ocean views were beautiful. The owner was great! They checked on us a couple of times to make sure everything was going good. I will definitely stay there again! The resort was fantastic as well! I loved the tiki bar! The pools are sparkling clean and everyone is super friendly!

Our family of 5 (3 teenagers) had a wonderful stay here. Beautiful ocean views which we enjoyed even on the rainy days. Sunny days provided the entertainment of dolphins swimming by. Lots to do~ we enjoyed a day trip to crab island which was awesome. Tons of restaurants & walkable ones too. Haydar told us we could check in early & offered activities for the rainy days. We would definitely stay here again! Renting the chairs on the beach was great~ front row and no clean up!

Spring Break with my kiddos

My 3 kids and I stayed at this condo for spring break. There was definitely room for 2 more people to stay with us. The property is so convenient. Plenty of stores and food places ever close by. Not to mention the incredible views from the room. The beach is literally right there. No long walks or crossing streets. You can access it directly from the property. My kids loved using the pools too because the ocean was still a little cold for March. I really loved that I could rent an umbrella right on the beach and they handled the setup for me. Wonderful experience and would highly recommend!!

We enjoyed the condo. It had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the patio, great view. My only concern was the fact the chair rental company occupied the entire first rows of the beach at $50 a day for two chairs and an umbrella. We bought our own chaise loungers and used condos umbrella. We left chairs there for future guests. Enjoy, beautiful place.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This was exactly what our sweet family needed! We watched the waves all day long, played in the gorgeous sand! Cooked dinner in but also went out to a few restaurants that were not a far walk at all. Everything was clean and kitchen was decently stocked to cook. Everyone at this property was so kind! We ran into a small issue and the host responded right away with help and a solution! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Views, very busy town, slow elevators

The overall condo was beautiful and the view was amazing! The Pelican Resort itself was very busy. The elevators are very slow. The building is huge but only has a couple working elevators, lots of time spent waiting or taking the stairs. The beach on the resort was narrow compared to other places I’ve stayed and there were many rules (personal chairs can only be in certain areas is one example that was a little odd). Destin itself was incredibly busy. Not a walkable town-few safe sidewalks and crosswalks limited. Probably wouldn’t go back but the water was beautiful!

Great place to stay but the bed was very hard

We had a great time. It was a beautiful room and was very clean with a great view of the beach. The only, and i mean only draw back was the bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard. It was hard to sleep through the night on it. I spoke to the property manager after our stay about it and they seemed to think it was possible they forgot to replace that bed when updating and was going to look into it. Hopefully they replaced it with something better. I would definitely stay here again if they replaced it because we had a wonderful time otherwise.
