Great place, but could be better stocked

We loved the apartment, but it could have been better stocked with toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Great stay though.

Harbor Walk

Great place to stay. Loved everything about the Harbor walk. Water taxi to beach was cool, saw dolphins. A short drive back over the bridge was a big beautiful white beach with restaurants and a long pier. Would love to go back in the spring.

Overall the stay was great! Beautiful view and perfect location. It was a little smaller than I thought and didn’t have enough bath towels. I would book this condo again.

Nice condo with everything you need

Everything was clean and in good condition upon arrival. Great location and amenities on the property were great. Good communication and easy to check in and out. Would recommend.

Destin vacation

We loved the condo we stayed in! Very clean and the view was amazing! Wish there was some cleaner there for the counters and if we could have gotten towels from the front desk would have been nice. We would totally stay there again in the future. Thanks for making our first trip to Destin amazing

Lovely Destin Vacation

Rental was nice, and the location was great. We loved the private beach area for Emerald Grande guests, water was calm so my 3 year old loved it. Only downside was the construction going on at the pool area, and the condo could have been cleaned a little better. But overall we had great stay.

The room had a bad odor as soon as you entered. There was sand in the bunk bed. There were food particles on the living room furniture. I have emailed these same issues to two other sources who say it's not their area. Disappointed in the room.

Great with a few issues

Check in was easy the property was beautiful. If you are a family who enjoys cooking you will have to take or purchase items the kitchen was the least stocked I’ve ever stayed at. Only one dish to bake in, no pizza cutter, nothing with lids for left overs, no cookie sheet. Also take towels! I had to do more laundry then ever wanted on vacation because you get 1 towel per guest, definitely inconvenient. Make sure to take no more then a 10 minute shower in guest bathroom or it will flood and maintenance is less then helpful! Otherwise we loved the condo, the view everything was great and clean.

Great property - just as described

The condo is beautiful . So Comfortable and equipped for what is needed for a great vacation week . The rental company is very transparent about what is provided and check in / check out times . Believe them when they don’t budge on relaxed check in/out times and starter supplies . They are also attentive and reached out to us numerous times during the week to make sure that all was going well . We had an issue with the ice maker . Everyone who i spoke to was very kind and helpful . Notes: Make things easy on yourself and bring your own beach towels . The condo doesn’t supply them but the front desk will give you cards to trade in for beach towels . If you don’t return the cards or towels at the end of your stay , you are charged 25.00 per missing card. Just bring your own . Pool- beautiful!! Work out room - very nice !! Hot tubs yasssss!! Lots to do on the Boardwalk . Harry T’s great food Brews and Bignets - get those little donuts . It’s vacation !! Boathouse - get the oysters -huge!! FatBoys for lunch - Sextons seafood market . Have an in-house seafood nite prepared in the condo . Fresh seafood . Reasonably priced . The condo complex is huge - the elevators take some getting used to . No issues just it can be confusing as to where things are . The location is perfect as there is a lot to do and see . We had a great time in Destin . A fun filled family vacation for kids and adults . I would stay again .

Stingy and smelly

Love the location of the hotel and the overall property but this particular unit is not the best. First off, before we get there they told us that there was a water leak in one of the bathrooms and that the carpet was a little damp. No big deal, but when we walked into this place, the smell was horrendous. I instantly e-mailed them about the smell. No response until the day we checked out. We were so disgusted the entire time. You seriously wanted to vomit every time you walked in the place. All the dishes in the cupboard were filthy dirty. No big deal either if only I had some dishwashing soap to handwash them. Oh, sorry, they don't provide dishwashing soap. I could run a load in the dishwasher but who wants to do that when I just want to wash a cup. You also only get one roll of toilet paper per bathroom the entire stay. We were supposed to have six people staying here but actually only had three. We would have run out of toilet paper for sure. I went to use the Keurig, it was broken. They did have an extra coffee pot but don't provide any filters. Not helpful so here I am on vacation going to the grocery store to buy filters. This place is so expensive, I think you can provide some coffee filters and dish soap and some more toilet paper. Never been in a place like this before. If you're running a business where people are staying over the weekend, you need to check your e-mails. I will never stay here again. I will stay in the hotel but not this unit.
