Welcome to Crystal Beach Dream,

A tropical retreat set near the beaches of Destin, Crystal Beach Dream celebrates the fun life of Destin locals. The central location allows you to experience all that Destin has to offer without needing a car!

Crystal Beach Dream is prominently located in the community of Crystal Beach and is within walking distance of the Destin Commons mall, award-winning dining, Whole Foods, entertainment, and much more. The neighborhood pool is just a few steps away from the front door and is heated during the following weeks: March 1 to April 15th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. This home is located on Crystal Beach Drive, and the beach access is located at the end of the street.

We know pets are family, and we welcome small dogs. Please contact us about fees and the policy for acceptable "fur babies" you wish to bring. There is a fenced area in the neighborhood for pets to be walked if necessary. This is located just a few steps from Crystal Beach Dream.

This home does not have an outdoor grill.

Parking - 3 vehicles may park at the home. No campers, oversized vehicles, buses or trailers are permitted—no street parking. No vehicles can block the sidewalk or the city will ticket the vehicle.

4 beach chairs are provided at the home for you to take to the beach.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

Crystal Beach Dream contains a starter set of paper supplies and toiletries. It is the guest's responsibility to purchase more if needed.

Each bedroom and living room has a smart streaming TV with all major streaming channels. Bring your passwords to access channels such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc.
We offer discounted prices for local attractions, bicycles, and golf cart rentals. Full details are provided in a welcome email that outlines all available options.

Only guests over 25 may book this home. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
