Excellent visit, beautiful condo!

We loved our stay in this unit. The location is perfect, the views are stunning, and the condo was impeccable. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms had everything we needed, and the kitchen was very well equipped. We loved the balcony with the outdoor furniture, very comfortable! We enjoyed the pool area, the beach and pickleball/tennis. We will definitely be back!

Perfect piece of Paradise

Great place to stay. Communications with the host were very timely. Beautiful place on third floor. Sunrise and sunsets both visible and beautiful. To top it off, the dolphins came to say good bye at the end of our visit.

Perfect Spot for Fall Break with our family

This spot is a true gem- the condo was perfect for our family and everything inside was lovely. We made many of our meals in the kitchen and enjoyed coffee and reading on the balcony. There’s a seafood market within walking distance. The inclusion of the beach chair set up made it a hit! The only thing that would make it even better is if there was a no smoking policy for balconies and if the pool was heated. It was too cold for our kiddos to swim. The beach is gorgeous and private and felt like heaven. We’ll be back for sure!

Great Last Minute Stay

We struggled finding availability anywhere in Destin, the week of spring break and we were going to call it quits and stay home but this place was recommended by a friend staying here that same week. So relieved we spoke with him because they had the space for our larger family. Lucked out big time too- beautiful property and luxurious room. Price was reasonable. Loved the view. Pool area was kept very clean. Plenty of chairs available. Easy private access to the beach with our own spot each day with 2 chairs and an umbrella. Nice area to grill out. We and the kids had a great time. Wasn’t too crowded at all. Even with one elevator being down. Wasn’t a big deal anyway since we were on 3rd floor, we just took the stairs at times.

Very nice getaway

Condo was roomy, well layed out, and well stocked with everything needed. The master bed was comfortable and the response from management when we had a TV issue was outstanding. A new living room rug is needed. The beach chairs were a nice addition.

Family Vaca

Nice beach week with my sister, niece and mom. The condo was very nice, clean, spacious. The pool and common areas were all clean and well kept. The beach and the availability of the beach chairs and umbrella was very convenient to have. The walk out to the beach was very close which is important, no need to worry about parking and walking. Lots of restaurants nearby and things to do!

Wonderful

Perfectly located for our activities. Easy access to unit, pool and beach. The umbrella and chair rental was a seamless process. Absolutely no drama ....which is exactly the kind of getaway that we wanted/needed :-) The unit looked to be recently remodeled and was beautiful. Loved the decor and finishes.

Perfect getaway

The condo was exactly as advertised. Has gated parking, and when we arrived there were many nice carts available for taking things upstairs. Elevator worked great. Condo was clean and very nice. The beds were awesome, my sister said it was better than her new bed at home. Had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony area was very nice and the view was gorgeous!

Quiet, Relaxing getaway

This condo is perfect if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable! Being able to open the sliding doors and just listen to the ocean was so good for my soul! The area is nice and quiet and there are sidewalks if you would rather walk to check out the shops and restaurants close by. We really enjoyed walking on the beach while we were there. If relaxing on the beach is your thing, we appreciated the beach service that was included with our unit and the attendant at the little shack was so friendly and helpful! The kitchen is one of the most well stocked we have ever had in a VRBO! I was thrilled to have everything I needed to cook in our condo, including a crockpot! There is also an area by the pool with some charcoal community grills that we wished we would have remembered were there. The only thing I would Point out is that there is only one towel and one wash rag per person so you might want to pack some to bring along if you don’t want to do laundry daily. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

Spring Break 2023

My husband and I wanted a quick getaway with our 21 year old twin daughters. They are both in college and really just wanted to relax at the beach! Our stay was awesome, the condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy. We cooked dinner at the condo a couple nights and enjoyed some fresh seafood at a couple local beach restaurants. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony while watching tons of dolphins out in the water. We took a late night swim in the heated pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better little getaway! We will return again for sure!!! The property manager was nice and communicated well with us!

Great condo

Great condo, very clean, spacious and had many items ready for your use (paper towels, bath towels, dish detergent, makeup wipes,etc) making your stay easy from the minute you check in. Condominium was nice as well and had good beach access and pool.
