Wonderful location

This property is located directly on the beach with beautiful Gulf views. The balcony is spacious and private and a wonderful place to relax before or after a day out. The unit felt comfortably spacious for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. The heated pool was a nice place to spend a little time, though the temperature could have been bumped up a couple of degrees on the chillier days.The beach chairs were a nice bonus. Overall, this was a great place to make our home base during our trip.

50 girls trip

Stay was wonderful, had a blast. Condo was clean. The only thing i would suggest would updating the mattresses. Check in and check out was very easy. We arrived early and hit up the pool and they let us know when the condo was ready.

Had a great time on our girls trip! Plenty of room, nicely decorated, beautiful grounds and in a perfect location! The kitchen was very well equipped. Would definitely stay again! Our agent was very quick to answer any correspondence from my initial booking until we checked out. 👍

Destin getaway

Great location, check in -out was easy and accommodations were well stocked. Only concern was the cleanliness of the condo. We arrived late so could not ask for cleaning service to return. I cleaned bathrooms, kitchen counters and swept sand and food from kitchen floor.

Beachfront view

Very spacious & as described in listing. Located right on the beach, spectacular heated pool, & not an overpopulated condo complex. Came with complimentary Beach umbrella & 2 chairs for each day of our stay which took the hassle out of getting that beach gear to the beach yourself. Just a very short walk to the beach to experience the clear waters & white sands of Destin Beach! Would definitely recommend staying here! We loved it!

Awesome view

Very nice updated condo, right on the ocean, short walk. Close to everything, only thing I would say wasn't comfortable was the bed pillows, but I prefer a very soft pillow. Other wise I would definitely stay again.

Awesome!!

This property to me is in an excellent location. It is also not huge with only 12 floors with I believe 4 condos per floor. So not extremely over crowded. It right on the beach, every morning we were able to see dolphins from our balcony!! The depth of the water was perfect and crystal clear. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back.

Perfect relaxing stay. The complimentary beach chair/umbrella service was a great perk. The condo was clean and stocked with all the basics to allow for a comfortable and carefree stay.

Bedrooms were stuffy. We had to use fans to get sleep. Beds were uncomfortable. Slept on couch. Also carpet was fine but rugs needed cleaning.

Awesome location but needs good cleaning.

Three fire alarms in a 24 hour period was a little much. I’d say especially since we were on the 12th floor and two happened after midnight with two small kids. The condo needs a very good cleaning. The location to the beach and having a pool were the best parts.
