Vacation wasn't long enough

We came in late on Thursday and the ladies at the office were gone for the day but the guys at the gate were very helpful and gave us the basic rundown for what we needed to check in that night. The bed was very comfortable. The condo looked just like it did online. The bathroom was smaller than it appeared. The shower head only sprayed one way and couldn't be turned so water kept spraying out the door and onto the floor and the shower door wouldn't stay shut. The vent fan doesn't work in the bathroom and we couldnt get the patio door open in the bedroom. All the neighbors were very nice. The location was perfect and we would totally stay there again. bWthbathroomcouldntcouldntgeoptbedroom.

Best view of ocean

This condo needs some updating. The sliding glass door in the bedroom would not open. The sliding glass door to the balcony was very difficult to open and shut. The shower head in the smallest shower I’ve ever seen was hard to turn off and on our last day it broke and would not turn off. We called to report the problem and a maintenance man did show up right away. Overall, this is a great condo due to being gulf front. The view is amazing!!! We will be back next year just not sure we will pay this much again unless the windows and sliding doors are replaced like all the other condos. Air did work great!!!

Gorgeous view of the Gulf!

The condo was perfectly positioned to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets with direct access to the beautiful white sand beach. Even in November, the weather was lovely! All condo appliances worked wonderfully. Neighbors were quiet and courteous. Check-in staff were helpful and kind. We enjoyed the Par 3 golf course and seeing all the fish in the dock by the restaurant. The only issue was some typical coastal critters in the condo. Otherwise, perfect!

Nice condo. A lot of repairs needed. Management co was zero help Ice maker didn't work, shower leaked water all over the floor, Wi-Fi was not available as promised

Not a good stay

When we walked into the condo it smelled like mildew. The condo was dirty, I had to put a towel on the couch before I would sit on it. The bottom of our feet were dirty from walking on the unclean floor. We had to struggle to get the sliding doors open and closed. There seemed to be a lack of maintenance overall. There was mold on the ceiling and wall above the shower. We reserved the condo for 3 nights and had planned to leave after one night, however my husband had gotten food poisoning and we had to stay another night so we left the next day.

Gorgeous view

Overall this property was as advertised. The view was absolutely amazing and the inside was all updated. Amenities are close by and close to many excellent restaurants. I would definitely come back and recommend this property to others.

Really nice stay

I overall enjoyed my stay at this location. The shower inside the bathroom needs a little adjustment, but overall it’s really nice. Awesome Girls Trip‼️

The VIEWS!

Condo was very clean. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Refrigerator has been replaced per other reviews. No need for beach chairs you are sitting on top of the sand while on the balcony. The balcony chairs do need replacing but worked great. Would absolutely rent this unit again. No complaints on the king size bed. We slept great. You can not beat being this close to the ocean!

Could be better

We booked this room for our wedding and honeymoon. I will start with the positives. It was a perfect location right on the beach. Inside of the condo is beautiful and updated. Amazing views! Nice TVs in living room and bedroom. Comfy bed. The negatives: when I arrived, I was told I would only have a dorm sized mini fridge because Lowe’s canceled the delivery of a new one. This was a problem because Instead of cooking breakfast and lunch like we normally do, we had to eat out for every meal. Much more expensive. Additionally, the shower leaks unless you turn the shower head to the side. Overall, the room was beautiful but the fridge situation was a problem and I wish I had been notified about it before arriving.

Home away from home!

Great location and views but that’s about it.

Called the property manager a week before the our stay to ask about the check in process. They said no issues we’ll send you all the information. Showed up on the property with our unit number and searched for the property for 2 hours in the dark. When we finally reached the property we didn’t receive the unit passcode so after a long flight and 2 hours of searching we were stuck with no way to get into the place. Another hour pasted and finally got the code for the unit. Stunning views but work with another host because this was a joke.

Beach Front

The wife and I had a wonderful stay. the view from the condo was incredible! The private beach provide by the sandpiper was an added bonus that I was not aware of. The only thing we were a little disappointed in was our shower, but in no way a deal breaker. All of the appliances are updated and worked great! Looking forward to our next trip back to Destin already, and we would definitely stay at the Holiday Isle again if available. PS, if you find a pair of prescription Oakley sunglasses in the surf let me know.....
