  • BOATERS DELIGHT -- ''Aqua Bella'' is the quintessence of waterfront living and boating, with approximately 217 feet of deep water (with a 160 ft boardwalk). This NEWLY RENOVATED (internally) 3 bd / 4.5 ba home offers all the features you would expect in a coastal home with beautiful water views. The home has plenty of outdoor space for fun-filled activities along the canal/boardwalk, a pool area with an outdoor kitchen/grill area has a full bathroom off the pool deck that connects the dual-use travertine, covered patio.

    The kitchen is well stocked with your needs to cook along with a double oven. An open living space ties together the dining, kitchen, and living room. Luxurious add-ons with an icemaker in the kitchen, a mini bar with a wine fridge just off the dining area, this rental is fit to entertain.

    Two king bedrooms both with an ensuite bathroom on the main floor, which includes the master that offers a walk-in closet, huge double vanity sink, large stand shower, and a soaker tub. Downstairs the bedroom has a queen and twin bunks, with an ensuite bathroom. Extra bedding in the den off the living area with two pull-out twins, also with a sleeper sofa in the living room to sleep a total of 12 for the property.

    Weekly rentals required during the peak season of Spring Break, Summer, Winter Break, and all Holidays. Family bookings only, sorry no groups under 25 years old.

Beautiful house, and nice location. However, the kitchen lacked in essentials as in trash bags, seasonings, etc. The pool would’ve been enjoyable if a heater was an option. The grill area needs a good cleaning. We also had a hard time figuring out how to turn on the lights to both master bathrooms. Just little things but overall the house was perfect for a big family. We enjoyed it and would recommend and stay again.

Amazing house and location!

This house was stunning! It felt like we were at our own private resort. The boat slip itself is a little narrow but, we were able to tie up against the dock all week and it worked out perfectly. We had a mishap with one of the beds downstairs when we checked in, but maintenance came in a reasonable time and made the repair. All the beds were very comfy as well. We will definitely be back!

Great stay - house needs a little TLC

We had a wonderful stay. The house presents exactly as described. The common space was very large which was great for our group to spend time for meals etc. The pool area is stunning and the whole property had a very relaxed vibe. There was a broken window in the primary bath as well as electrical outlet issues in the second bedroom upstairs and in the outdoor kitchen. It should be noted that this house has a lot of stairs and that should be considered for guests.

Our stay was fantastic, the house is beautiful, but I would recommend four things. 1) Update the kitchen utensils; the ones they have are in poor condition. 2) The grill area was unusable because it was absolutely disgusting and very neglected. 3) It would be excellent to add heating to the pool. 4) The bed linens need to be better presented.

Excellent stay! All of the previous negative reviews given by others have been addressed! Outdoor grill area was spotless, kitchen utensils were new and plentiful, all bedding was perfect! New HVAC systems were very comfortable and quiet. Fishing was excellent from the dock, we caught 5 different species. Plenty of outdoor lighting to fish at night! Restaurants, coffee shops, bait shops, gas stations and shopping all within 5 minutes of the property. Very private and secluded home, pool area has plenty of sunshine all day, yet shade if wanted from nearby trees and outdoor covered kitchen area. Outdoor accessible bathroom near pool area was handy! All 3 bedrooms are very private and common area is large and comfortable. Under counter ice machine was a hit for our coolers! Can’t say enough good things about this property! We will stay again!
