Great location

The condo was clean and as pictured. The view was even better than pictured. Location was great. Only complaint is the building is a little crowded but still manageable. I would stay here again.

Holiday Vacation

We came the day after Christmas and celebrated New Years Eve in the Destin area. We had a wonderful week. The hot tub and heated pool was so nice with the chilly weather. The condo was great and several restaurants close by. The only input I have is that a few cleaning supplies would have been helpful such as a broom and dust pan to sweep up around the condo during our stay. Thank you for a great week!

In need of some updating

Overall, we had a nice stay but were disappointed with some aspects of the unit. Pros: nice location and we were able to use the stairs to come and go, kitchen was well stocked but some of the pans need replaced, plenty of space, balcony was shaded from afternoon on so we could spend time sitting out on it Cons: no hangers!...could have been cleaner, sofa and rugs desperately need replaced or deep cleaned, dining chair had a broken leg and a couple drawers were broken in the bedroom, the main bedroom could use a new mattress/foam topper as it is badly dipping .

Great place- needs maintenance and linens

Communication was fine however the follow through was poor. Crumbs in sofa sleeper, no extra linens for sofa sleeper, no extra pillow cases for all the pillows they had. Tub wouldn’t drain, microwave and dryer didn’t heat well.

Listed on Expedia as gulf front but was gulf view. Sliding door onto balcony from bedroom sealed shut. Sliding screens stuck in place-couldn’t use them. Only 1 tv remote worked. Master bed mattress needs to be flipped or replaced-both of us slept in divots. Kitchen was well stocked. All pools were open but remember that during the winter the outdoor bar and cafe are closed.
